Hello and welcome to Handmadegood! My name is Maria, and I’m the founder and creative force behind our handmade gift shop. Originally from Venezuela, I arrived in the UK ten years ago with a suitcase full of dreams, and today I’m proud to say that I’m fulfilling one of them through this business.
Crafting has been a passion of mine since I was a little girl, and I put my heart and soul into every detail. For me, making beautiful things with my hands is therapeutic and deeply rewarding. This business began when I created some ornaments for my children’s bedroom. Everyone who saw them gave me such positive feedback and wanted me to make some for them too. I realized that this passion had become something that I love to call work.
At Handmadegood, I want to offer you more than just a pretty item to decorate your home. I want to offer you an experience, a connection to a beautiful memory, something unique that you and your loved ones can keep in your hearts, as I made it from mine.
